Sisters – Michelle Frances

Sisters is a quick and easy read set against a stunning backdrop. The story follows two sisters who haven’t always seen eye to eye. Abby is successful and in control of her life and Ellie is more carefree and has always struggled academically because of a debilitating childhood illness. When Ellie visits her sister in her home on an idyllic Italian island, family secrets start to unravel and the sisters end up on the run through France and Italy.

The book was a fairly enjoyable read and I think people will like it, for me there wasn’t much tension and the twists and turns were quite gentle. The setting was my favourite part – vividly described and stunning.
